We ship domestically within the USA, as well as to Canada, Australia, United Kingdom, Europe, Hong Kong and Singapore. 

United States (domestic):
- Free standard shipping on all orders $75+
- $5 flat rate for orders below $75

Hong Kong and Singapore:
- Free courier shipping on orders USD 75+
- For orders below USD 75, we charge flat rates of:
- Singapore: USD 9
- Hong Kong (domestic): HKD 30


Australia:
- Free courier shipping on orders USD 150+
- AUD 19 for orders below USD 150

Canada:
- Free courier shipping on orders USD 200+
- Shipping rates and duties will be calculated at checkout.

UK and EU:
- Free courier shipping on orders USD 200+
- Shipping rates and duties will be calculated at checkout.

Returns

Not the right fit or style? No worries.

We accept returns of unworn and unwashed items in their original packaging within 30 days of their order date, at the buyer's cost (unless the return is due to order issues) for the following countries only: United States, Australia, Singapore and Hong Kong. Orders from all other countries are final sale only. 

We make returns easy for you, by sending you a return label or arranging for our courier to pick up the parcel from your home for a flat fee:
- United States: $6
- Australia: AUD 19
- Singapore: USD 11
- Hong Kong (domestic): HKD 30

If your order has issues such as damaged, defective, or wrong items, we sincerely apologize. We take quality control very seriously and will do our best to resolve any issues as soon as we can. Please email us so we can assist you further. 

Once we have received your return, we will process your return within 7 to 14 business days, and email you once it's complete. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within the time period required by your bank / payment processor. 

We reserve the right to deny any returns that do not meet our Return Policy requirements. Any original shipping fees are non-refundable. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Packages that arrive COD will be denied.
