All orders are shipped from our New York warehouse.

Our US store ships domestically within the USA and internationally to Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom and the EU.

United States (domestic):
- We offer both Standard shipping (2 - 6 days) and Expedited shipping (1 - 2 days)
- FREE standard shipping on all orders $100+ 
- For orders under $100, our standard shipping fee is $7.95 
- Need your order urgently? Choose expedited shipping via FedEx for $15 :)

Australia and New Zealand:
- Orders are shipped via FedEx (3 - 7 business days) 
- AUD29 shipping fee for Australia orders, and USD25 for New Zealand orders

United Kingdom:
- Orders are shipped via FedEx Duties Unpaid (2 - 5 business days) 
- Free shipping on orders £200+
- £18 shipping fee for orders under £200

The EU:
- Orders are shipped via FedEx Duties Unpaid (2 - 7 business days) 
- Free FedEx shipping on orders USD250+
- USD25 shipping fee for orders under USD250

Shipping times above do not include order processing times of 1 - 3 business days. Shipping times may also vary, especially during peak shopping periods, but rest assured we work our hardest to get you your order as quickly as possible.

Import Duties 

If you are located in the UK and EU, import duties are not included in the final purchase price and may be payable prior to or upon delivery. You will receive an email or text from FedEx providing instructions on how to settle any applicable duties so do keep a lookout for that.

If the courier is unable to collect payment for duties and taxes upon delivery, the order will be returned to us. In such cases, we will deduct the cost of return shipping and handling from your refund. Please email us at hello@wearembrace.com if your order is returned to us :)
