We ship domestically within the USA and internationally to Canada, United Kingdom and the EU.

United States (domestic):
- Free shipping on all orders $75+
- $5.95 flat rate for orders below $75

Canada, United Kingdom and the EU:
- Free courier shipping on orders USD 200+
- Shipping rates and duties will be calculated at checkout.

Returns

Not the right fit or style? No worries.

We gladly accept returns that meet the following criteria:
  • All returns must be unworn, unwashed and folded in their original packaging, with the original packing slip.
  • Returns must be made within 20 days of the date of purchase. 
  • Only orders from the United States are eligible for returns. 
  • Items sold at a 25% or more discount are non-refundable.

How to return

We make returns easy for you by sending you a return label for a flat fee of $7.95, which will be deducted from your refund.

To initiate your return, please contact us at hello@wearembrace.com or click here to sign into your account to submit a return request. 

Once we have received your return, we will process your return within 10 to 14 business days, and email you once it's complete. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within the time period required by your bank / payment processor. 

We reserve the right to deny any returns that do not meet our Return Policy requirements. Any original shipping fees are non-refundable. Packages that arrive COD will be denied.
