We know it is not easy to figure out sizing online and are happy to offer free returns if you opt for a refund in the form of store credit.
All returns must meet our Return Policy below.
- All returns must be unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging with their unique barcode intact.
- Returns must be initiated within 15 days of the date of purchase.
- Only orders from the United States are eligible for returns.
How to return
To initiate your return, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number.
After receiving your return request, we will send you a USPS return label. Kindly send the return back to us within 7 days of receiving your return label. Your return is subject to cancellation if it is shipped outside of this window.
We aim to review and process all returns within 10 business days of receiving them. You will receive a refund confirmation email when your return is approved.
Returns are free if you opt for exchange for store credit. There are otherwise subject to a $7.95 fee which will be deducted from your refund.
We reserve the right to deny any returns that do not meet our Return Policy requirements. Any original shipping fees are non-refundable.
