Free Returns/Exchange

We know it is not easy to figure out sizing online and are happy to offer free returns if you opt for a refund in the form of store credit. Note that we are unable to facilitate direct product exchange - sorry! :(

All returns must meet our Return Policy below.

Return Policy

• All returns must be unworn, unwashed, in their original packaging with their swing tags intact, and include the packing slip provided.
• Returns must be initiated within 15 days of the date of purchase.
• Only US orders are eligible for returns. 

How to return

To initiate your return, please contact us at hello@wearembrace.com with your order number.

We will send you a prepaid USPS return label.  Kindly send the return back to us within 7 days of receiving your return label. That said, we understand how busy life with kids get, so please reach out if you need more time <3

We aim to review and process all returns within 7 days of receiving them. You will receive a refund confirmation email when your return is approved. Those who opt for store credit will receive a e-giftcard containing your store credit. Our giftcards have no expiration date :)

Returns are free if you opt for exchange for store credit. They are otherwise subject to a $8.50 return fee which will be deducted from your refund.

We reserve the right to deny any returns that do not meet our Return Policy requirements. Any original shipping fees are non-refundable.
