Shipping Policy

 

All orders are shipped from our New York warehouse. 

Our New York warehouse ships domestically within the USA and internationally to Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom and the EU.

United States (domestic):
- We offer both Standard USPS shipping (3 - 10 business days) and Expedited FedEx shipping (1 - 3 business days)
- FREE standard shipping on all orders $100+ 
- For orders under $100, our standard shipping fee is $7.95 
- Need your order urgently? Choose Expedited shipping via FedEx for $15 :)

 

Australia and New Zealand:
- Orders are shipped via FedEx (3 - 7 business days) 
- AUD29 shipping fee for Australia orders, and USD25 for New Zealand orders

 

United Kingdom:
Orders are shipped via FedEx Duties Unpaid (2 - 5 business days) 
Free shipping on orders £200+
£18 shipping fee for orders under £200

 

The EU:
Orders are shipped via FedEx Duties Unpaid (2 - 7 business days) 
Free FedEx shipping on orders USD250+
- USD25 shipping fee for orders under USD250

 

Shipping times above do not include order processing times of 1 - 3 business days. Shipping times may also vary, especially during peak shopping periods or specific locations in the US, but rest assured we work our hardest to get you your order as quickly as possible. 

 

Note that USPS shipping to certain parts of the USA, such as Hawaii, will take longer than average shipping times as shipping journey includes ocean freight.

 

If you would like to buy our products but are located in a country not specified above, drop us an email - we will try our bestest to make it work :)

 

Import Duties 

If you are located in the UK and EU, import duties are not included in the final purchase price and may be payable prior to or upon delivery. You will receive an email or text from FedEx providing instructions on how to settle any applicable duties so do keep a lookout for that.

 

If the courier is unable to collect payment for duties and taxes upon delivery, the order will be returned to us. In such cases, we will deduct the cost of return shipping and handling from your refund. Please email us at hello@wearembrace.com if your order is returned to us :)

 

Other notes

Embrace is not liable for items that are lost, stolen or damaged in transit. If for any reason your item is lost after being marked “delivered,” please file a claim directly with the carrier.
